- Experience with AI operationalization (MLOps, LLMOps, governance, monitoring)
- Skill in translating business needs to data strategy and AI implementation
- Confident stakeholder management across business, data, IT, and AI leadership
- Enjoyment of working in agile, cross-functional environments
- Clear and convincing communication of complex topics at executive level
