- Manage event planning from initial contact to final invoice
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with departments like Culinary, F&B, and Housekeeping
- Handle quotes, bookings, logistics, payments, and reporting
- Ensure smooth event execution and guest satisfaction
- Foster relationships with agencies and companies
- Apply a strategic commercial approach to grow visibility and revenue
- Stay informed about market trends and guest preferences
