In this role, you will bridge the gap between cybersecurity and business, guiding teams on risk implications while conducting assessments and developing strategies to ensure compliance and security across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •At least 7 years of experience
• •Experience in manufacturing companies, preferably pharmaceutical
• •Knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies
• •Excellent communication and leadership skills
• •Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
• •Ability to communicate complex technical challenges simply
• •Ability to simplify regulatory and compliance requirements
• •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• •Self-motivated and able to work independently
• •Understanding of control frameworks: ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST, IEC-62443
• •Ability to track compliance gaps and implement remediation plans

Aufgaben

• •Act as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity
• •Inform business lines about risk implications of decisions
• •Reframe risk discussions in terms of business goals
• •Establish risk ownership and accountability within business lines
• •Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
• •Identify potential threats and impacts on critical systems
• •Develop and implement risk management strategies
• •Ensure alignment with organizational cybersecurity policies
• •Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
• •Audit and review portfolio environments for ongoing compliance
• •Address gaps or deficiencies in security practices
• •Lead medium complexity projects within the department and across IT
