- Effective collaboration with stakeholders across functions and regions/cultures
- Structured mindset and practical, business-oriented solutions
- Proactive initiative and identification of improvement opportunities

Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the Group Compliance team
- Ensure effective collaboration across entities
- Maintain a consistent compliance framework
- Design the Group-wide Compliance Management System
- Implement the Group-wide Compliance Management System
- Continuously improve the Compliance Management System
- Conduct risk assessments
- Develop mitigation strategies
- Oversee the whistleblower hotline
- Lead internal investigations
- Lead external investigations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop compliance policies
- Maintain compliance policies
- Develop the Code of Conduct
- Deliver training programs
- Advise management on compliance matters
- Ensure accurate Group-wide compliance reporting
- Ensure accurate Group-wide human rights reporting
