- Completed degree in law, business administration, finance, engineering, or comparable field
- Relevant professional experience in compliance or related function (ideally)
- Sound knowledge of AML, Sanctions, Anti-Trust Law, CSRD, and supply chain due diligence (LKSG)
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Structured, pragmatic approach to complex regulatory topics
- Project management experience (ideally international or cross-functional)
- High proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with IT systems, internal controls, or accounting systems (advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Additional languages (plus)
- Strong ethical standards
- High reliability with sensitive topics
- Clear communication of complex compliance matters
- Effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Structured mindset for challenges
- Development of practical, business-oriented solutions
- Proactive mindset
- Initiative and identification of improvement opportunities
- Active contribution to strengthening compliance processes
Aufgaben
- Develop, implement, and improve the Group-wide compliance system.
- Monitor and develop compliance risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Design and deliver compliance training, presentations, and communication.
- Conduct KYC checks.
- Review compliance-related reports and inquiries.
- Support handling potential compliance concerns.
- Manage AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Trust Law compliance.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory topics.
- Initiate and lead compliance projects, including IT workflow integration.
