Anforderungen

• •Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related
• •Residency in Switzerland with work permit
• •Experience in HR, L&D, or coordination (Advantageous)
• •Interest in Talent Development and HR
• •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• •Interest in Workday and Skillsoft
• •Ability to learn new systems quickly
• •Very good English communication skills
• •Professional communication with stakeholders
• •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Willingness to learn in global environment
• •Pro-active self-starter taking initiative

Aufgaben

• •Support global learning and leadership project implementation
• •Organize leadership programs and track attendance
• •Scale frontline leadership development initiatives
• •Track budgets, cross-charges, and invoice follow-ups
• •Update People Hub content and HR communications
• •Draft LinkedIn posts for external visibility
• •Administer Skillsoft and Workday learning platforms
• •Resolve learner queries and prepare standard reports
• •Coordinate mentoring programs and community communications
• •Administer leadership assessments and development measures
• •Co-design scripts and coordinate guests for webinars
• •Manage Microsoft Teams spaces and presentation materials
• •Collect HR data and record meeting notes
