Anforderungen
- University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
- 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, ideally with regional or global scope, gained in Procurement of Warehousing or Logistics or within Operations in a 3PL company
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects, driving change, and demonstrating strong functional leadership
- Solid experience in category sourcing, TCO modelling, risk management, and Supplier Relationship Management (incl. claims management)
- Strong interest in Automation, Robotics, and new technologies, with solid understanding and use of digital tools and AI
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence internally and externally with global suppliers
- Fluency in English is essential, French or German is a big plus
Aufgaben
- Define and implement 3PL Warehousing category strategy
- Work with Corporate & Zone Logistics to drive strategy implementation
- Align global category strategy with key stakeholders
- Implement strategic sourcing processes and tools
- Conduct supplier market and category risk analysis
- Develop Total Cost Ownership (TCO) models
- Introduce and develop new suppliers
- Negotiate supply contracts with suppliers
- Collaborate with Nestrade Legal team on contracts
- Manage relationships with key strategic suppliers
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles
