- 8+ years' experience in HSE roles
- Proven experience in auditing, risk assessment, management systems, process improvement, MOC and incident investigation
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cultural change
- Fluency in English; other languages advantageous
- Trained and experienced on ISO 19011, 45001, 14001; experience on ISO 50001 and 9001 convenient
- Competence on international HSE legislation
Aufgaben
- Create the BUTR Internal HSE Assessment Program
- Roll out the assessment program across the BU
- Establish a network to support the assessment process
- Conduct compliance assessments and inspections across operational areas
- Report findings accurately and ensure timely corrective actions
- Assess and improve BUTR HSE Management Systems
- Integrate Internal HSE Assessment Program outputs into other BU HSE Programs
- Adopt a practical approach to problem-solving
- Maintain close collaboration with BUTR Units
- Facilitate understanding of demands following assessments
