- Preferred experience in the transformer industry
- Strong background in supplier technology development
- Advanced knowledge of component engineering and material specifications
- Proven ability to develop and implement standardized solutions for component usage
- Familiarity with SAP S/4Hana and Windchill preferred
- Strong understanding of part qualification processes, quality standards, and practices in component engineering
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain standardized component requirements
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to unify material specifications
- Define and drive material standardization for specifications and sizes
- Clarify global test methods for critical quality parameters
- Provide technical expertise to the sourcing team for supplier assessment
- Assist in negotiating technical requirements with suppliers
- Act as a technical expert in component engineering for project teams
- Stay updated on advancements in component technologies and materials
