- Experience managing multi-market campaigns and global-local asset rollouts
- Knowledge of packaging design, shopper marketing, and digital creative production
- Passion for creativity, design culture, and continuous innovation
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a cross-functional, international environment

- Lead creative development for global brand campaigns
- Oversee production of campaign assets in various formats
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all markets
- Manage creative briefs, timelines, and deliverables with the agency
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for integrated campaign execution
- Supervise adaptation of global assets with regional teams
- Safeguard and evolve the Chiquita visual identity system
- Update brand guidelines to reflect creative evolution and trends

- Contribute to creative development of packaging and launch assets
