Aufgaben
- Lead and guide country staff to execute the scientific and medical plan for Pulmonary Hypertension
- Chair or co-chair the Regional Value and Implementation Team (RVIT)
- Ensure execution of agreed medical tactics and leverage best practices
- Lead collaborative decision-making and open dialogue within the RVIT team
- Set and prioritize regional strategic goals as part of the RVIT
- Consolidate and communicate regional input to global teams
- Manage data gaps and ensure consistency across therapeutic areas and countries
- Participate in regional discussions, contributing insights and driving alignment
- Translate global goals into regional priorities aligned with country needs
- Collaborate with in-country partners, scientific leaders, and global team members
- Drive strategic discussion, clear prioritization, and execution efficacy
- Ensure integration, consistency, and cross-regional best practice sharing
- Ensure scientific exchange aligns with the global scientific-communications platform
- Partner with regional Commercial, Outcomes Research, Policy, and Market Access
- Drive development and execution of regional plans
- Consolidate actionable medical insights into strategic implications from countries
- Engage with a network of scientific leaders and key stakeholders
- Deliver excellence in scientific exchange with focused, meaningful interactions
- Generate clear, actionable insights to inform strategy and implementation
- Support affiliate staff in engagement with national scientific leaders
- Organize regional expert-input events, such as advisory boards and forums
- Organize regional symposia and educational meetings
- Support countries with the development of local data-generation study concepts and protocols
- Review Investigator-Initiated Study proposals prior to headquarters submission
- Manage regional programs for appropriate and safe medicine utilization
- Innovate with new technology resources, including AI and Genesis
