- Design and own the IBU prioritization framework for evidence generation needs
- Define and lead the IBU governance model for evidence generation input
- Collect and structure evidence generation input from local country teams
- Review, consolidate, and translate evidence gaps from local country teams
- Shape and represent the IBU perspective in the global evidence generation plan
- Drive alignment with global evidence generation and data dissemination teams
- Identify cross-market synergies in evidence generation and dissemination
- Eliminate duplication in evidence generation and dissemination activities
- Expand scope into relevant data-generating initiatives
- Lead the IBU perspective on data dissemination priorities
- Ensure data dissemination priorities are reflected in planning and execution
- Equip local country teams to provide structured input and evidence plans
- Provide clear guidance, practical tools, and collaboration to local country teams
