Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- At least 2 years of experience in technical implementation, project management, consulting, software development, or similar field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Customer-focused approach, commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Fluent German and English, excellent written and verbal communication, confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and cloud-based SaaS solutions is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with sales and customers to understand requirements
- Design tailored implementation plans
- Lead and manage the entire implementation process
- Ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Work with the development team to solve technical challenges
- Adapt the system to customer workflows
- Ensure successful integration with existing systems
- Act as primary customer contact during implementation
- Provide regular updates to customers
- Address customer queries and issues
- Capture suggestions for new features
- Log new feature suggestions for the engineering team
