- Fluent German and English, excellent written/verbal communication, confidence with native speakers
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and cloud-based SaaS solutions (advantageous)
- Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows (strong advantage)
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with sales and customers to understand requirements
- Design tailored implementation plans
- Lead and manage the implementation process
- Ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Work with the development team to solve technical challenges
- Adapt the system to customer workflows
- Ensure successful integration with existing systems
- Act as primary customer contact during implementation
- Provide regular updates to customers
- Address customer queries and issues
- Capture suggestions for new features
- Log new feature suggestions for the engineering team
