Anforderungen

• •Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
• •Minimum 3 years experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance
• •Experience in matrix or MNC environment
• •Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP skills
• •Essential experience with SAP BPC and Power BI
• •Experience with RPA and AI as a plus
• •Proficient English language skills
• •Self-starter with strong ethics and communication
• •Inquisitive, analytical, and strategic mindset
• •Ability to manage large datasets efficiently

Aufgaben

• •Manage financial planning and forecasting cycles
• •Consolidate stakeholder input for financial systems
• •Prepare local and global financial reports
• •Maintain dashboards for real-time data delivery
• •Communicate business results and variance analysis
• •Manage affiliate expenses and budget supervision
• •Prepare ad-hoc journal entries for accuracy
• •Analyze expense trends and forecasting benchmarks
• •Prepare affiliate product P&L statements
• •Support S&OP meetings with financial reporting
• •Assist with business case preparations
• •Ensure compliance with internal controls
• •Validate and challenge brand forecast assumptions
• •Execute ad-hoc analysis for management decisions
• •Lead improvement projects for financial systems
• •Manage regional and global financial projects
