- Hire, onboard, and train the plant operations team
- Develop and implement SOPs for new processes, ensuring safety and compliance
- Transition into the Plant Manager role to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Optimize production processes to enhance performance, quality, and yield
- Embed MicroHarvest’s collaborative culture into the new location
