- Strong structured and unstructured data integration principles and technologies understanding
- Search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch) experience
- Knowledge Graph technology experience
- On premise and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) familiarity
- Customizing search functionalities for enterprise clients experience
- Developing and deploying chat applications (ideally LLM-involved) experience
- Strong AI applications in enterprise search understanding
- Squirro platform or similar cognitive search solutions proficiency (plus)
- Curious and analytical thinker
- Ability to find best technical solutions for challenges
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong team player with collaborative approach
Aufgaben
- Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and data landscape
- Deploy and configure Squirro's RAG and insights platform in client environments
- Design and implement data integration pipelines from various sources
- Develop custom components and integrations to enhance Squirro's platform
- Provide technical support and training to clients
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams for successful deployments
- Leverage knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and AI to customize chat functionalities
- Improve relevance and accuracy of search results using AI and LLMs
