- Minimum 5 years financial controlling experience
- Experience in multi-cultural and matrix environments
- Experience with ERP and reporting systems
- Power BI competency as a plus
- Familiarity with international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS)
- Problem identification and solution implementation skills
- Ownership, results-driven, and goal commitment
- Strong financial analytical and data assimilation skills
- Confidence and trust-building at all levels
- Ability to influence and challenge constructively
- Proactive work in fast-paced environments
- Autonomous work and workload prioritization

Aufgaben
- Partner with corporate and business operations
- Drive financial performance analysis and cost control
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Align controlling KPIs and management reporting
- Provide insights and transparency for decision making
- Prepare HQ operations forecasts and budgets
- Identify process and cost structure efficiencies
- Deliver monthly reporting to all stakeholders
- Lead digital projects to improve reporting quality
- Standardize GVA international billing center processes
