Aufgaben
- Act as the primary finance lead for European commercial teams
- Ensure alignment between commercial objectives and financial performance targets
- Build robust financial models for new product launches and market expansions
- Develop financial models for clinical trial investments
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Evaluate ROI and payback periods
- Provide structured recommendations to support capital allocation
- Analyze gross margins and net profitability by region and product line
- Analyze profitability by distributor
- Identify margin leakage and suggest corrective actions
- Implement actions to improve contribution margins and financial performance
- Manage the commercial KPI dashboard
- Track sales versus plan and average selling price trends
- Monitor funnel conversion and regional financial statements
- Provide detailed analysis of performance variances
- Support forecasting and re-forecasting processes
- Conduct performance reviews with senior management
- Evaluate complex commercial rebate structures
- Review tender offers to ensure margin protection
