Anforderungen

• Advanced degree in economics, finance, or related field
• Professional experience in programme management and coordination
• Experience in microfinance and financial inclusion activities
• Experience in digital financial services in displaced settings
• Experience in mentoring and stakeholder capacity building
• Experience with resource mobilization and public-private partnerships
• Previous experience working with UNHCR
• Understanding of inclusion needs of displaced persons
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Effective communication and public presentation skills
• Proactivity and ability to work independently or in teams

Aufgaben

• Select intervention areas aligned with strategic objectives
• Coordinate with field operations for financial inclusion projects
• Foster partnerships with the financial community
• Enhance field staff capacity for financial inclusion operations
• Identify suitable financial institutions for partnerships
• Monitor data collection and project performance outcomes
• Compile and disseminate good practices and knowledge
• Develop learning tools for staff and partners
• Raise awareness about financial well-being for displaced persons
• Establish partnerships with qualified financial service providers
• Monitor and report on financial inclusion project results
• Review project proposals to promote access to finance
