Aufgaben
- Manage complex accounting policy requests based on IFRS and Swiss Banking GAAP
- Create technical documentation per internal and external requirements
- Support finance projects to ensure compliance with IFRS provisions
- Monitor and implement changes in IFRS Accounting Standards
- Maintain and develop the Group Accounting and Reporting Manual
- Ensure content requirements for IFRS-based financial reports
- Collaborate on financial report preparation at Group and Bank level
- Review and approve booking logics in finance projects from an Accounting Policy perspective
- Act as a liaison between the finance department and auditors
- Develop and manage internal control systems in line with regulatory expectations
