- Minimum 10 years senior finance leadership experience
- Proven experience leading complete finance function
- Experience in multinational organization; matrix environment experience advantageous
- Strong expertise in financial accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting
- Experience working with shared service centers
- Knowledge of financial systems and ERP platforms; Hyperion, HFM, Oracle experience advantageous
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Swiss Chartered/Certified Accountant qualification highly desirable
- Fluent English, German or French
- Business-oriented finance leader with strategic thinking and operational execution
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complexity, driving change, leading through ambiguity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound business acumen and commercial awareness
- Collaborative leadership style with ability to build trust and credibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Confidence to make decisions and deliver results in fast-paced environment
- Passion for continuous improvement and organizational performance
