Anforderungen
- 1-2 years professional industry experience in similar role (beneficial, not required)
- Completed studies in Biomedical Sciences or similar subject area, preferably CRM

Aufgaben
- Promote and support company products
- Provide clinical education for routine issues
- Provide day-to-day field execution
- Provide clinical-technical support
- Serve as primary clinical support resource
- Support physicians performing CRM cases
- Educate customers on product merits and usage
- Participate in presentations and demonstrations
- Meet clients with Sales Rep to identify clinical needs
- Discuss and demonstrate how company products meet goals
- Collaborate on clinical and technical tender documentation
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel
- Make new contacts in other hospital departments
- Identify key decision makers to facilitate sales
- Respond to customer needs and complaints
- Develop optimal solutions with cross-functional teams
- Provide technical support for clinical trial activity
- Support site authorization process for clinical trials
- Support study procedures per investigational plan
- Provide training and education for clinical center personnel
- Support clinical center personnel on trial protocols and products
