- •Respond to technical support requests and questions.
- •Diagnose the system through remote diagnosis and debugging.
- •Fix hardware and software issues and organize part replacements.
- •Manage spare inventory and logistics activities.
- •Support on-site customer projects.
- •Address field questions with detailed technical answers.
- •Log customer issues and track their resolutions.
- •Perform quality control and maintain processes and procedures.
- •Develop strong relationships with key customer accounts.
- •Create data deliverables such as reports and dashboards.
- •Provide customer support during evenings and weekends as needed.
- •Prepare technical documentation and procedures.
- •Train Support Level 1 and Support Level 2 staff.
- •Manage periodic maintenance of Picarro systems.
