- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Develop hiring plans and selection criteria
- Proactively source and engage top candidates
- Utilize LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach for candidate engagement
- Focus on passive talent and long-term relationship building
- Stay active on job boards and social networks to find quality candidates
- Create and post job descriptions and announcements
- Coordinate internal data handover to support outsourced payroll process
