Facilities Supervisor(m/w/x)
You will ensure the seamless operation of the London site by overseeing technical maintenance, vendor performance, and essential front-of-house services while maintaining strict safety and financial standards.
Anforderungen
- Two years experience in Facilities environment
- Experience working with supply partners
- Customer services experience and communication skills
- Strong PC skills and MS Office
- Self-motivation and resourcefulness
- Good administrative skills
- Organization, prioritization, and planning skills
- Confident and efficient FM service delivery
- Service orientation and innovative thinking
- Fluency in English and German
Aufgaben
- Manage M&E maintenance, PPM, and reactive work orders
- Oversee front-of-house, reception, and onsite events
- Enforce security policies and track supplier KPIs
- Support the Regional Facilities Manager with financial reporting
- Manage budgets, invoice approvals, and purchase orders
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance for all contractor activity
- Supervise cleaning and maintenance vendor performance
- Maintain accurate seating plans and desk numbering
- Coordinate office moves with EMEA Space Planning
- Promote sustainability goals and waste recycling awareness
- Onboard new joiners with inductions and access passes
- Manage site stock levels and essential supplies
- Support after-hours events and maintenance when required
- Serve as a Fire Marshall for emergency control
- Document accidents, illnesses, and emergency incidents
- Conduct monthly SLA self-assessments and performance checks
- Maintain site visual standards and resolve facility issues
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Deputize for line management and provide team cover
