- Led a team of min. 5-8 people
- Fluent English
- Basic German or learning German
- Other languages (plus)
- EU resident or valid working permit for Vienna
- Full flexibility and full-time availability
- Availability to start mid-May/early June
Aufgaben
- Coach and train the operational team
- Support team in maintaining high service standards
- Ensure guests have a great Zoku experience
- Guide and align team with goals and KPIs
- Manage team schedules and projects
- Troubleshoot and mediate conflicts
- Handle safety and security procedures
- Support Sidekicks on the floor
- Manage special reservation requests
- Address guest complaints
- Handle administrative tasks
- Oversee daily hotel operations
- Manage Bar, F&B service, and Rooms
- Handle reservations and orders
- Check payments
- Oversee M&E operations
- Manage special events
- Improve skills in F&B and Rooms
- Continuously improve processes with an 'Always Beta' mentality
