Anforderungen

  • 7+ years industry experience in data & analytics
  • Background in Engineering, Management, or Consulting
  • Deep understanding of cloud software solutions
  • Knowledge of hybrid and cloud-based landscapes
  • Enterprise architecture certifications (plus)
  • Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms
  • Professional experience implementing cloud initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodology (plus)
  • Proactive communication and efficient prioritization
  • Strong sense of accountability
  • Management of complex organizational dynamics
  • Ability to learn and adapt globally
  • Customer service mindset and empathy
  • Passion for learning and problem solving
  • Ability to thrive in team environments

Aufgaben

  • Drive adoption of SAP Business Data Cloud
  • Coach strategic customers through cloud transformations
  • Build relationships with CXOs and technical leaders
  • Provide technical advisory for broad portfolio consumption
  • Generate innovative ideas for demand generation
  • Safeguard renewals and minimize customer churn
  • Develop joint outcome-based plans with account teams
  • Align SAP solutions with customer business objectives
  • Advise on technical and business architectures
  • Support market unit demand generation initiatives
  • Execute renewal strategies to optimize profitability
  • Introduce AI solutions across the customer lifecycle
  • Orchestrate resources as the primary strategic contact
  • Analyze technical needs and execute consumption plans
  • Instruct customers on solution best practices
  • Represent the customer voice to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional expert and product teams
