- Confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients
- Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions
- Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows

- Lead end-to-end implementations of ERP automation products
- Help customers reimagine their processes
- Maximize customer automation rates
- Turn AI initiatives into measurable success
- Own the implementation journey from requirements to delivery
- Ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement of implementations
- Translate complexity into clarity for solutions
- Design scalable, tailored solutions for customer workflows
- Align solutions with customer business goals
- Collaborate with engineering on technical challenges
- Adapt the system to customer processes
- Ensure successful integration with existing systems
- Act as a trusted partner to clients
- Anticipate client needs
- Surface insights for clients
- Ensure clients realize full automation potential
- Work with sales on implementation plans
- Drive deep product adoption
- Translate feedback into product improvements
- Continuously evolve the platform
