Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a squad of 6-8 engineers
• Deliver monthly SonarQube software releases
• Build a functional delivery platform for other squads
• Maintain high engineering and accountability standards
• Foster a collaborative culture of open feedback
• Align cross-team feedback for smooth operations
• Partner with product managers and designers on vision
• Define squad objectives aligned with company goals
• Track team sprints and project progress
• Align squad processes with company delivery expectations
• Coordinate with stakeholders across marketing and management
