- 3+ years experience in Engineering Management
- 6+ years as a Software Engineer
- Meaningful time in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps roles
Aufgaben
- Lead a team of 4-6 platform engineers
- Set technical direction for the engineering team

- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for speed and reliability

- Manage GCP infrastructure and Terraform configurations
- Set and monitor SLOs for production systems
- Work with the CISO on security strategy

- Build AI infrastructure for agent operations
- Develop MCP interface for AI tools
- Implement agent identity and access models
- Create dry-run and sandbox environments
- Build relationships with direct reports
- Understand career aspirations of team members
- Identify friction points in CI/CD and deployment
- Evaluate AI agent usage in engineering workflows
- Translate product vision into technical reality
- Understand current security posture and compliance
- Drive improvements in pipeline reliability
- Set measurable SLOs for build times and deployments
- Define roadmap for agent-ready platform
- Support team members in their growth
- Shape platform strategy with leadership
- Partner with CISO on AI-specific security risks
- Execute on high-priority security items
- Define technical leadership for platform scaling
- Deliver improvements to developer experience
- Conduct meaningful career development conversations
- Conduct performance reviews
- Influence organization-wide software shipping practices
- Be a trusted technical advisor to leadership
