- Independently execute R&D tasks
- Contribute technical insights to innovation
- Support innovation within the Corporate R&D department
- Establish the Surface Acoustic Microscope (SAM) as a new analytical tool
- Define SAM's technical limits
- Integrate SAM into development workflows
- Generate high-quality data for material and failure analysis
- Independently execute experiments
- Analyze experimental results
- Recommend improvements for product development
- Design and develop new technologies meeting requirements
- Characterize SAM system capabilities and application limits
- Validate SAM system capabilities and application limits
- Define SAM system capabilities and application limits
- Use SAM to identify defects in samples
- Correlate SAM findings with other characterization results
- Support next research steps using SAM findings
- Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams
- Integrate new technologies into production
- Assess technical risks of new technologies
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends
- Prepare clear technical reports and documentation
- Ensure transparent workflows
- Communicate findings to senior management
