- Own the end-to-end delivery of Voice AI programs
- Run kickoff meetings and plan project milestones
- Maintain RACI/RAID documentation
- Hold weekly customer syncs with clear status updates
- Convert design plans into a tracked roadmap
- Define acceptance criteria and manage change control
- Coordinate API integration and VOIP connectivity
- Ensure compliance approvals and access to environments
- Schedule and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Unblock issues and escalate problems early
- Align stakeholders including AEs, champions, and IT
- Maintain a single source of truth for project scope
- Deliver runbooks and training for operational success
- Conduct post-mortems and provide feedback for improvements
