- Report deviations from standard processes
- Operate machines according to operating manual
- Follow work plans and production orders
- Perform routine machine setups and adjustments
- Repair and replace simple wear parts
- Conduct regular standard maintenance of equipment
- Set up and program tools
- Troubleshoot and report malfunctions
- Maintain detailed records of setups, repairs, and maintenance
- Monitor and document good and scrap parts
- Document finished products
