In this role, you will manage EHS programs at the Visp site, focusing on process safety. Daily activities include developing improvement strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and conducting risk analyses to enhance safety standards.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent
• •Comprehensive working knowledge of Process Safety and High Hazard legislation
• •Competence in risk analysis techniques
• •Profound work experience within the Chemical or Bio-manufacturing industry
• •Proven process understanding in Biopharma manufacturing (cGMP & safety aspects)
• •Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• •Strong presentation skills for developing and delivering training
• •Ability to deal with high level of ambiguity using coaching skills
• •Fluency in English

Aufgaben

• •Oversee EHS programs for the Visp site
• •Develop continuous improvement strategies for EHS process safety management
• •Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and international standards
• •Conduct risk analysis and provide consultation on explosion protection
• •Collaborate with EHS functions on site for program implementation
• •Select, train, and guide on EHS process safety tools and data systems
• •Perform plant inspections, short audits, and site inspections
• •Implement and enhance EHS process safety dashboard and performance monitoring systems
• •Create and implement EHS process safety standards for Visp
