Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent experience, or applicable technical degree
• •Three years professional laboratory safety experience
• •Fluent English
• •Independent work and teamwork skills
• •Engagement and partnership with technical associates
• •Preferred EHS functional and technical expertise
• •Knowledge of safe work practices and auditing
• •Experience in investigation, RCFA, and training delivery
• •Knowledge of industrial hygiene and monitoring
• •Priority-setting skills and attention to detail
• •Ability to build consensus and influence
• •Advanced working knowledge of EHS regulations
• •Ability to make professional technical decisions
• •Preferred knowledge of EHS management practices

• •Liaise with the environmental team
• •Investigate EHS incidents and near misses
• •Communicate learnings from safety events
• •Complete federal and local regulatory submissions
• •Interact with agencies for inspections
• •Drive the EHS audit program
• •Track corrective actions to closure
• •Perform data analysis of audit results
• •Coordinate EHS proficiency training programs
• •Maintain required training records
• •Manage office ergonomic requests
• •Lead specialized safety work streams
• •Appraise the line organization on performance
• •Analyze leading and lagging indicators
• •Prioritize policies with the regional hub
