Anforderungen
- Doctorate in Philosophy or Pharmacy with strong biomarker development background
- Eight to ten years' drug development experience in biomarker/translational science
- At least five years' relevant industry, academia, or regulatory agency experience
- Extensive knowledge of disease biomarkers, pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical/regulatory documentation support
- Success leading and influencing multidisciplinary global project teams, strong negotiation skills
- Proven leadership with strong coaching, mentoring, and people management capabilities
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages advantageous

Aufgaben
- Develop and implement biomarker strategy for portfolio
- Coordinate biomarker and diagnostics elements for clinical projects
- Identify project hurdles and provide solutions
- Establish contingency plans
- Represent Biomarker Development on research and development teams
- Supervise, train, and mentor Biomarker Experts
- Ensure administrative efficiency and scientific achievement
- Contribute biomarker expertise to clinical and regulatory documents
- Prepare clinical study protocols, reports, and investigator brochures
- Support IND and IMPD applications
- Prepare New Drug Application and Biologics License Applications
- Address regulatory requirements with minimal supervision
- Lead or co-lead Translational Data Science Committee
- Oversee biomarker analyses and data integration
- Report data to project teams and other stakeholders
- Lead Biomarker sub-teams
- Coordinate with sub-team members
- Implement project strategy
- Prepare summary documentation
- Maintain and enhance technical expertise
- Train BMD associates
- Act as subject matter expert in BMD-related areas
- Publish internally and externally
- File patent applications
- Review and share current literature
