- Deep technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure architecture

- Proven ability to run production for global enterprise/federal customers
- Tenant isolation considerations

- Experience with Juniper Mist AI strongly preferred
- Experience with similar large-scale networking SaaS platforms strongly preferred

Aufgaben
- Build and lead SRE/DevOps teams for multi-tenant SaaS on AWS, Azure, GCP
- Ensure production ownership for availability, latency, incident response, DR, capacity management
- Architect cloud infrastructure for networking, compute, containers, data platforms
- Implement SRE operating models using SLOs, SLIs, error budgets
- Drive CI/CD and release engineering with safe progressive delivery, automated rollbacks
- Scale Infrastructure-as-Code and platform automation with golden pipelines, standardized modules
- Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Security, Support, Customer Success
- Set clear ownership boundaries for teams
- Manage organizational planning, including hiring, team topology, on-call models, budget, vendor strategy
- Establish a culture of operational excellence with blameless postmortems, corrective-action tracking, toil reduction
