- Connect product, marketing, sales, and services for digital transformation
- Act as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader
- Build executive relationships with customers
- Guide customers on their modernization journey
- Position Veeva LIMS as a leading solution for lab management
- Enter and grow the market for Veeva LIMS in various industries
- Deliver tangible business outcomes for Veeva and its industries
- Nurture relationships across Quality, QC, R&D, and IT
- Provide business and technical guidance to the product team
- Drive innovation in laboratory informatics
- Develop go-to-market strategy and messaging for customer adoption
- Coordinate across Sales, Services, and Product for customer experience
- Represent Veeva at industry conferences and webinars
- Publish thought leadership content
- Build and manage relationships with partners and industry associations
