Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years engineering leadership experience, ideally in hospitality or multi-site environments
- Proven experience managing multiple properties or regional operations
- Strong technical background across building systems (electrical, HVAC, mechanical, TGA)
- Deep understanding of German safety regulations, DGUV standards, fire protection, and compliance
- Experience with PPM structures, audits, and regulatory inspections
- Strong knowledge of building automation and energy management systems
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives across multiple locations
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel across the DACH region
Aufgaben
- Lead engineering operations across DACH hotels
- Develop and implement regional maintenance strategies
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of building systems
- Drive CAPEX planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Lead sustainability and energy optimization initiatives
- Manage external vendors and procurement strategies
- Oversee renovations, refurbishments, and new openings
- Build and mentor engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with DACH regulations
- Standardize and monitor preventive maintenance
- Perform maintenance and repairs
- Operate technical systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Conduct statutory inspections and safety checks
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
- Manage tools, spare parts, and technical equipment
- Implement emergency procedures and crisis management
- Collaborate with General Managers and department heads
- Support hotel engineering teams in daily operations
- Coordinate external contractors and service providers
