- In-depth knowledge of industry and trends in creative industry

Aufgaben
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of creative and media projects
- Ensure structured and scalable project execution
- Develop and refine project planning processes
- Define clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource needs
- Manage scope and change control
- Adjust project plans to balance profitability and client expectations
- Lead delivery teams to maintain high-quality outputs
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Address roadblocks to ensure seamless execution
- Contribute to EMEA delivery organization growth
- Support nearshore delivery strategy
- Input into resource planning and allocation
- Ensure optimal utilization of creative, technical, and media talent
- Highlight recruitment needs to the recruitment team
- Build and mentor a high-performing delivery function
- Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Optimize workflows and systemic issues
- Standardize processes, templates, and best practices
- Improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators
- Measure project success, resource utilization, and profitability
- Champion AI, automation, and workflow tools
- Drive efficiency and innovation in delivery processes
- Oversee project budgets
- Ensure profitable delivery without compromising quality
- Track and report on project financial performance
- Ensure transparency and alignment with business goals
- Identify areas for cost control and operational efficiencies
- Ensure long-term sustainability
- Align delivery with client expectations and business objectives
- Partner with client management and client-facing teams
- Foster strong internal communication and collaboration
- Bring deep expertise in creative processes
- Support media lead in meeting client and internal expectations
- Lead operational workflows for scalable, multi-market execution
