- Fluency in English

- Willing to relocate for weekly on-site presence in Zürich

- Translate business priorities into an IT roadmap
- Govern IT delivery across teams and partners
- Improve IT reliability, security, and user experience
- Communicate IT progress and trade-offs to executives
- Set IT direction and align priorities with business value
- Hold teams accountable for measurable IT results
- Define and lead an enterprise AI-first IT strategy
- Lead large-scale IT modernization programs
- Manage risk and dependencies in IT transformations
- Improve IT security posture with Zero Trust
- Establish data-driven KPIs for IT operations
- Ensure clear IT ownership and handovers
- Elevate ITSM and service catalog maturity
- Improve CMDB and service catalog accuracy
- Simplify the IT service portfolio
- Scale automation and self-service on ITSM
- Ensure IT services have clear recovery objectives
- Test IT continuity measures
- Develop effective IT crisis response processes
- Uphold and elevate security posture
- Ensure defense in-depth for IT systems
- Remediate IT risks in a timely manner
- Manage a multi-million CHF IT budget
- Plan and forecast IT finances
