Aufgaben
- Provide senior techno-functional leadership for Haleon’s OTC categories
- Accelerate innovation pipelines and Rx-to-OTC switches
- Manage lifecycle through digital, data, and AI capabilities
- Translate innovation and lifecycle strategies into technology roadmaps
- Support Rx-to-OTC transitions, claims substantiation, and global dossier readiness
- Define platforms for Real-World Evidence, post-launch insights, and consumer usage data
- Deploy AI/ML solutions for signal detection, formulation optimization, and benefit differentiation
- Align R&D, Regulatory, Medical, Safety, and Commercial stakeholders on tech-enabled innovation
- Facilitate decision forums for OTC technology investments
- Own product direction for OTC-critical digital products
- Drive adoption and change management for OTC programs
- Ensure measurable value realization across OTC programs
