- Recognizing and responding to customer expectations
- Sense of urgency in customer response
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of other relevant software
Aufgaben
- Manage all aspects of design, including shopper, digital, product, packaging, expert, and innovation
- Apply design principles to brand marketing, visual positioning, and holistic brand language
- Define and manage brand design guardrails and approved assets for consistent quality
- Lead design development in innovation, collaborating with QSC and R&D on packaging and product
- Oversee design projects, sign off design briefs, and ensure best practices with stakeholders and agencies
- Work closely with Otrivin, Flonase, and Theraflu design teams to ensure brand cohesion and consumer trust
