Anforderungen
- 2-4+ years content, social media, or digital marketing role
- Hands-on short-form video production/direction
- Experience managing student ambassador/creator/community programme
- Strong English copywriting skills
- Comfortable with social media analytics
- German copywriting skills (advantageous)
- Experience in higher education, EdTech, or marketing to 17-25 year olds
- Basic familiarity with HubSpot
Aufgaben
- Manage full content and social media operation
- Lead editorial and creative direction
- Own content calendar across multiple platforms
- Plan content at least 4 weeks ahead
- Maintain minimum cadence of 4 posts per week
- Recruit and manage 8–10 student ambassadors
- Provide content briefs, not scripts
- Review and approve ambassador content
- Track performance of ambassador content
- Produce or direct short-form video content
- Create longer-form YouTube content
- Identify high-performing organic content for boosting
- Collaborate on paid boosting strategies
- Brief and manage freelance SEO writer
- Review SEO articles for brand voice and search intent
- Maintain German-language versions of key pages
- Manage XU's LinkedIn presence
- Support faculty and alumni in content creation
- Ensure all content aligns with XU's brand voice
