As a DFT Lead, you will spearhead DFT activities for cutting-edge products, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure successful silicon bring-up and test program development while mentoring the team along the way.

• •12+ years of DFT experience
• •Proven track record in DFT solutions
• •Experience with IJTAG methodologies
• •Experience with hierarchical MBIST and scan methodologies
• •Experience in ATPG pattern generation
• •Strong debug capabilities in simulation
• •Experience in defining test mode constraints
• •Experience with industry standard EDA tools
• •Good knowledge of System Verilog
• •Experience with chiplet based designs is a plus
• •Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or Computer Engineering

Aufgaben

• •Lead DFT activities for next-generation products
• •Drive DFT architectures, methodologies, and tool flows for complex designs
• •Collaborate with the physical implementation team to define timing constraints
• •Assist in converging for successful tapeout
• •Understand ATE and debug issues during probe and final test bring-up
• •Guide the test engineering team for successful silicon bring-up and test program development
• •Define test plans in collaboration with teams
• •Drive pattern development for functional and structural tests
• •Work with teams to establish device qualification solutions for HTOL
• •Conduct lab bench silicon debug to address ATE bring-up issues
• •Mentor team members
