  • •Hire the local German team in compliance with regulations
  • •Manage the team to drive and optimize business outcomes
  • •Cooperate with counterparts in other countries and the Global Delivery team
  • •Support customer-facing activities as needed
  • •Inspire and motivate the team
  • •Recruit top talent for team growth
  • •Accountable for annual goals for the team or department
  • •Lead by example and share knowledge with direct reports
  • •Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations processes using modern Dev Ops principles
  • •Monitor key KPIs for the team, such as SLA for Availability and TTR
  • •Represent SAP to customers and partners
