In this role, you will manage complex cloud infrastructure networks, engage with customers to ensure their security needs are met, and continuously improve network concepts based on feedback. Your daily responsibilities will include troubleshooting incidents, executing changes, and providing exceptional support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • •Strong experience with Hyperscaler networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and/or SAP Cloud Infrastructure
  • •Experience managing networking for SAP’s solutions
  • •Experience implementing security on AWS with VPC, IAM, Security Groups, UTM solutions, NACLS
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and develop solutions on AWS, Azure & GCP
  • •Implement security requirements across all Cloud platforms
  • •Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with on-call duties and flexibility to work in shifts
  • •Commitment to maintaining daily office presence for efficient team collaboration
  • •Willingness to subject to governmental security clearance process

  • •Operate and maintain complex Hyperscaler/SAP Cloud Infrastructure networks
  • •Track significant problems and monitor network performance
  • •Perform upgrades as required
  • •Engage with customers in network architecture discussions
  • •Meet customer security requirements
  • •Improve network concepts based on customer feedback
  • •Respond to and resolve escalated customer requests promptly
  • •Participate in deep level incident troubleshooting
  • •Prepare and execute complex changes
  • •Perform hardware installations and troubleshooting
