Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electrical, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable
- Experience in industrial automation, control systems, or plant engineering
- Hands-on experience in engineering and commissioning industrial automation systems

Aufgaben
- Own automation and control system functional logic, HMI philosophy, and templates
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient heat pump operation
- Develop innovative control solutions for heat pump performance, efficiency, and reliability
- Design and optimize control logic, system sequencing, and load management
- Improve heat pump control concepts, algorithms, and product functionality using operational insights
- Analyze technical challenges, identify root causes, and develop robust solutions
- Drive evaluation and implementation of emerging automation and digitalization technologies
- Develop engineering standards, software libraries, control philosophies, and best practices
- Act as a key interface between control engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, and software development
- Collaborate with internal and external technology partners
- Contribute to technical decision-making for heat pump technologies
