- CompTIA Security + (IAT Level II or greater)
- ITIL v3 – Foundation
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Automation using Microsoft PowerShell, VBScript, or batch files
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and operational needs
- Experience working in VmWare ESXi environments
- Experience with network storage (SAN/NAS)
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions
- Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
Aufgaben
- Support database systems and applications on a global network
- Administer database servers for Active Directory infrastructure
- Maintain a strong technical foundation in database structure and configuration
- Provide Tier 2 database administration support services
- Plan, implement, and monitor patching services for solutions
- Monitor and maintain databases for optimal performance
- Perform changes, updates, and modifications to database structures
- Ensure modifications maintain database integrity and system availability
- Implement backup and recovery solutions for databases
- Guide and direct team members as needed
- Communicate clearly and succinctly in written and oral formats
- Interface with client managers and system users effectively
- Administer data backups and schema development
- Support Microsoft SQL databases for operations and exercises
- Provide remote support and travel to customer sites as required
